Question: How do I best re-engage past clients in this troubled economy?

Answer: You already have a relationship with your past clients, so this really should be an easy conversation to have. If your last intersection went well, they already like doing business with you. You know who they are, now it’s just a matter of going through the 2nd step that we talked about on the teleseminar and asking those 2nd and 3rd level questions to discover their true needs and desires.

You may find that they want to go deeper with what you’ve provided in the past or they may just want more of the same or they may need something completely different. The only way you’ll know is by asking and asking is really easy when you’re doing it from a place of, “How can I serve you better?”
