Question: How do I increase sales on a cost effective basis?
Answer: Increasing sales doesn’t mean you have to spend more money on marketing or commissions. Increasing sales is about how you have the sales conversation. I think that’s how so many businesses get in trouble financially. They think it’s about t throwing more money at the problem. That works with lots of other things, but not with sales.
If you don’t’ have an effective sales process for having the sales conversation, and that means the conversations here you ask someone for money, there’s nothing that will fix your situation.
I’m sure you’ve heard that perfect practice doesn’t make perfect, practicing the right process perfectly makes perfect. If you have great marketing bringing in your perfect client and then the person having the sales conversation isn’t up to par, your marketing is a waste of money.
The only cost involved in creating a kick butt sales process is getting a copy of either the full version of Getting to YES Without Selling or the Quick Start Formula 2.0. Go through the program and create your sales system personalized to your business. Use it. Get on the Q & A call and ask any question you have about your business.
If you want to go deeper, you can have me come in and do either a telephone or in person training for your business, depending on the size of your company. If you are a solo-preneur, that would be private coaching.
Increasing sales exponentially is not about increasing your monthly budget, it’s about investing a few hours and increasing your skill level. And once you have that skill, nobody and no economy can take it away.
