I’m in Atlanta at Dan Kennedy’s Info Summit. I think this is the 1st public event I’ve attended, that I haven’t been speaking at, in about two and a half years. I really love the energy of being around hundreds of success minded entrepreneurs!
There are some more public projects I’m working on right now and it’s time for me to get back out there and mingle. As a reader it may seem that I’ve been going just as much as ever, but compared to the amount of travel I used to do, I’ve cut way back.
The last couple years have been much quieter and I’ve been more of a hermit than usual. After my mother’s death, and then going through the lengthy process of my divorce, I changed some core areas of my business to be able to work more from home and travel less.
It’s so nice to have my business set up in a way that allows me to shift how and when I work. It’s easy for me to do it and that’s also what I teach my clients to do. Your business can be structured in a way that allows you complete flexibility to come and go, work or not work, change the scope of work and frequency-all because you choose to.
For me personally, I’m ready to start speaking and teaching in a more public way. So it’s time to get back out there! How about you?
