I’m back from my week in L.A. and getting ready for my Atlanta trip. I uploaded some photos to my Facebook page http://profile.to/lynnpierce/

The red carpet event at the Nokia Theater was fabulous. And the private night at Universal Studios was fun, but very chilly.

The new at home spa treatment I’ve bee using for 2 months is getting amazing results and I have to say I’m really enjoying all the compliments when I see people, but really, the only thing I’m doing is using this stuff 10 minutes twice a week.

At the airport I was watching football and talking to the guy next to me about the explosive growth of the anti-aging industry.  He said he would feel weird looking younger than he really was (Yeah, right) until he found out I was less than a year younger than him and he thought I was 12 years younger than I am!

What woman doesn’t love hearing that. No matter how spiritually evolved I get, I still like hearing I look good. Don’t you?

Life happens, be ready for it.

Set your goals high enough that they require you to stretch your comfort zone and you’ll be amazed what you can achieve. Ask yourself, “What’s the one thing I can change this year to create the life of my dreams?”
