12 years ago this month I was diagnosed with breast cancer after my very first mammogram. Today’s article is the first I wrote about the experience back in 2008. You can find more resources including a radio show from last October where I answered questions about how I cured myself in 30 days. A few years ago I wouldn’t have even talked about this because the vast majority of people would have thought I was crazy. So still will, but studies have proven some of the methods I used back then intuitively, are now being used by some mainstream doctors like Andrew Weil in his clinic. If you know someone who is dealing with cancer, please pass this information along.

On a lighter note, my favorite part of summer is Spike swimming several times a day. He swims at least once while I’m out there eating breakfast in the morning, then he wiggles on his towel. It’s very cute.
