How to Attract Clients Who Adore You

The dream of every business person is to create a business full of clients who happily pay what you ask and sign your praises bring in tons of referrals, right? So how do you increase the chances of this becoming reality for you?

Here’s a little secret you may not want to hear…

It comes down to sharpening your sales and communication skills to have a different type of conversation with your potential clients.

Do you realize that you are in sales on several different levels all day long, no matter what you doing? Really! The question is, do you have the level of skill to get the “yes” answer you’re looking for in your daily activities?

As a business person you have a solution to your client’s problem. You present your solution, and the answer you are looking for is yes. They want to buy whatever you are presenting.

It doesn’t matter if you’re an entrepreneur with a physical business, an author/speaker, coach/consultant, Internet marketer or network marketer…just do a Google search and see how many people consider themselves your competition. And all your prospect has to do to go from your site to someone else’s is click a mouse!

Let’s say you’re a real estate investor. You want a seller to sign over their deed to you or you have the perfect house for a buyer and you want them to be happy to agree to your terms. There is another investor who is making the exact same offer you are to a seller. You want them to say yes to you. What will give you the competitive edge?

If you’re in network marketer, not only are you trying to show a perspective team member why they should do business with you within your company, but also showing them why your company is the one they should choose over the other options.

How about car sales? There are more dealerships that have the same models, there are
the other brands you compete with, and your prospect can just come back another day
and talk to another salesperson! What can you do to get the sale today?

You need to distinguish yourself from the crowd, make it clear that you have no competition because you are different and the reasons why are apparent. With the right tools you can quickly eliminate your so called competition by rising above them.

Let’s say you’re an accountant and you want to get 10 new clients.

All day long you are involved in one situation after another where you are trying to get to yes with someone. The deciding factor in whether you can get to yes without selling or not, in each of those situations, is the way you have the conversation. No tricks involved.

Straight forward conversation.

You have the ability to create a powerful, persuasive presence in each of these situations and a massive bank account…and enjoy the process!If you believe what you have to offer your clients is of benefit to them, you’re doing them a disservice if you aren’t presenting it in the most effective way possible, aren’t you?

People don’t want to be sold, they want to be aided in saying YES.

Knowing how to customize every area of your presentation to the personality of each individual client can make the difference between making a living and massive wealth. If you don’t create a powerful system that feels comfortable and natural to you, you won’t make even 20% of the money you are capable of.

You can’t continually do something that you’re not. That’s also why you can’t use the same approach with all the people in your life. In business, it’s one big reason for not using a canned presentation. If the techniques you’re currently using aren’t congruent with who you are, you will only do them short term.

That’s why most sales training doesn’t last. It’s also why you will be ineffective with the majority of people you talk to. Every single person is in a unique situation as far as they are concerned and they want to be treated as unique individuals.
